1. Promoter: The promoter is The Urban Runner, located in Los Angeles, California.2. Eligibility: Entry is open to United States residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Urban Runner and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.3. Competition Period: The promotion starts at July 1st, 2025 10:00am and ends July 11th 11:59am CT. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.4. How to Enter:
To enter, participants must:

B) Provide a name and email address
C) Optional: Share the competition to gain additional entries.
5. Prizes

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.6. Draw Details
Winners will be drawn at random using a certified digital draw tool on July 12th, 2025. The draw will take place at Urban Runner Headquarters located in Los Angeles, California, 91601.
7. Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified via email within 3 business days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a redraw may occur.
8. Use of Personal Information
By entering, participants agree to receive email updates and marketing from The Urban Runner. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time. Personal details will be handled in accordance with our Urban Runner LLC.
9. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

10. Permit Details
This is a sweepstakes (game of chance).
No federal permits are required, but federal law mandates that no purchase is necessary to enter or win, and all entries must have equal odds.
However, if your total prize value exceeds $5,000, you must register and post a surety bond in New York and Florida.
Additionally, if your sweepstakes is run in a retail store in Rhode Island and the total prize pool exceeds $500, you must also register there (no bond required).
